Hey there, at the moment I'm fairly sure that Simple Press does not have an Awards plugin.  It would be a great feature - all it is are minibadges that you can assign members.  Here's an example:

depends on what you mean by awards...

built into core, we have special forum ranks we can have a unique badge... you can give users any of the special ranks that you want...

there is also a post thanks plugin... that a way for users to thank other users for their posts and gain reputation for posting...

we also have a cubepoints plugin... users can earn points for doing things on the wp site including the forum and also earn points and/or reputation...

Thanks for the reply!

I currently use the badges and special ranks, but only for 64x10 userbars.  On this particular forum, awards are displayed at the bottom, below the userbars.  They are also displayed side-by-side.

They have the same concept as special ranks, but are side-by-side at the bottom of the post data, separate from the userbars.

Well I do not really know what you mean by 'userbar' to be honest and especially not a '64x10' one!

If you are talking about a display issue then you can place display elements wherever you like - the pages are template driven so moving items around to suit your requirements is pretty simple to achieve.
