Hi, Had to build a forum into a wordpress system, and this plugin was it all the way. Excellent, I mean excellent work with this.

He was previously running SMF, I have converted the users no problem.

Now, I'm running into the need of converting the posts, topics and such. (I am forced into writing my own converter for this)

My suggestion is can you empliment a import feature, where you can import posts under someone's (usersname) and select either the forum or topic to place things in. Not only a post importer but a full topic importer, the only thing needed to be selected is user, and which forum. Even if it's nothing but a post importer, and you have to select, forum, topic and user that will be more than fine. It's a more convient way than makeing a converter.

my suggestion, take it however you like. But I think that alone would help in getting content from other boards into this board.
