Can a user be automatically moved to a new usergroup based on post count?

So like, after a user's first post or two, they go from standard "member" to "experienced member" or "trusted member", thereby earning a few more capabilities in a the permission sets assigned to those groups.

Wondering if I can basically automate the "Move User" tool that the mods have, so they don't have to do it manually for each user when they make their first valid, non-spam (and non-moderated) post.

I post here as it's a general capability question, or if there's a support thread I might get to see with a membership purchase, or even the opportunity to have a custom plugin developed. Please point me in the right direction, if you would.

Oh yeah, and thanks for making a great forum plugin!
