I can log into the forum, but the ‘Add Reply’ button does not show up in any of the forums except in this one. I tried the community support forum, but I cannot post in there although I am logged in. That’s why I am posting in here as it is the only place that lets me post. 

What’s the reason that I cannot post in the community support forum?
