How do I post a question on the Basic support forum?

Hi,

I have been registered on SP since 2013.

How do I post a question on the community support forums (core and plugin)? I do not have the add topic button available.

Hi:

It looks like your user profile was not assigned to a group for some reason.  I assigned you to the default group and now you should be good to go on the free forums.
