Not sure if update not compatible with our site or what, but posts still say “awaiting moderation” but it also says that there are no posts that need to be moderated… but they dont show up on the site.

I should probably start off by saying that Javascript:void(null) simply means that it’s inactive, not being used, waiting.. It’s not an error or even a warning.
Also, this forum is for pre-membership queries, not support. It looks at a glance like posts have been deleted before being moderated, but wouldn’t really be able to investigate until a question was opened up on one of our support forums (such as general topics)
I have the software on our site, but it won’t let me post on the forum. It looks like I have to pay in order to get help? Is that correct? I have never heard of having to pay for support (except maybe Microsoft phone support). Not to access a forum.
Sorry, thousands of companies and software developers charge for support. In our case we also offer a wide range of useful and popular plugins for the forum that are included in the support package. But the forum itself is free – which is jolly decent of us isn’t it?
op, I have used bbpress and mingle forum, they both had their positives, one huge negative was support, you get what you pay for, there is usually one of the developers on here all the time and they bend over backwards to make sure your forum is a success. To the point where they will troubleshoot theme and other plugin conflicts for you.
