Membership not updated

I renewed my membership on 5th December.

It has been more than two months now and I am still getting the message that my membership has expired and I can’t download any updates. :(

I have been trying to renew my membership again but

1.the link that you send in your mails doesnt seem to work

2. The site says 15$ discount on renewal. I posted a query 10 days back about it and someone replied that the discount will be only available once the existing membership expires. SO I waited. Now I can’t seem to find any discount-code.

Please help.

discounts are always available since we went to the current store quite a number of months ago…  since then, you do not have to be expired to renew…  Also, the renewals are ALL listed on the renewal page… you just enter one of the renewals and if eligible (it will tell you) it is applied…
