I renewed my membership today for 2 months but the renewal does not seem tied to my login – I don’t have full forum access nor am I able to download plugins that I need.

After making the payment I was redirected to a register / sign-in page.  When I attempted to sign in with my current login it wouldn’t work and I did a password reset.  I can now login but don’t have full access.  I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this question.  The Contact form said that it wasn’t for support questions and to use the forum but, like I’ve mentioned, I don’t have full forum access.

How can I get this resolved?  I have my login and the paypal receipt.
