Your WordPress theme is using the Bootstrap script library which is not supported by WordPress and can cause many conflicts and errors.
You will probably be OK if you turn off the use of SP Tooltips which can be done in the spFunctions.php file of your SP theme.
I would remind you that this is NOT a support forum. If you need any further help, especially troubleshooting WP theme based non-supported libraries ,then you really do need to open a topic in our support forums.

I have the same problem. I’ve turned to false the Tooltips but nothing changes.

Your website is throwing a javascript error caused, I believe, by your Wp theme.
Use the console to find it (https://simple-press.com/documentation/codex/faq/how-to/how-to-use-your-web-browser-console/) and then I would contact your theme authors to get a fix.
