Support Forum
I am interested in using your forum software, but whenever I activate the plugin, my e-comerce store (woocommerce) has issues communicating with my shipping service ShipStation. Ship Station tried to communicate with woocommerce and add tracking numbers to my orders, but it comes up with an error "The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error."
Disabling Simple:press is the only thing that seems to make it start working again. I have no idea why a forum software would cause server communication issues, but that's exactly what is happening.
Hey Chris,
This might not be too helpful, but we do have a large number of users using WooCommerce with Simple:Press and as far as I can see this isn't a problem that's been reported. It would also be a little hard to help here as this forum isn't for support. Note I am also aware that you could be potentially 'put off' from purchasing SP if you cant get the two working!
Have you also posed the question to WooCommerce?
Also check the server logs. 500 server issues are incredibly hard to pin down and diagnose but often the logs wil save more data on the issue...

It seems WooCommerce and Simple:Press are not compatible. With both installed, I get the message, "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 78 bytes) in /home/###/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1841". This is since the latest WooCommerce update, but I had even more serious problems of the same variety with WooCommerce Subscriptions and Memberships plugins. Likely WooTheme's fault, so once must pick which plugin is more important and which must be replaced.
there are no known issues between the two - in fact, I have used them together... the message your refer too isnt necessarily a conflict, but a memory issue... try increasing your php memory... based on the error, you seem to have a fairly low setting for two significant plugins...
