Private comments to specific group of users

Hello,
We are looking to try simple press for a support portal. However, if a customer makes a post, potentially we need to discuss internally before making a public answer. I see that you have a private post, which is between the user and the admin.
But we need a way to set a private post that is visible to anyone with the "support agent" role, but not visible to customers. Do you support that?
You can have any new post put into moderation...it must then be reviewed by some approved group before it shows up to everyone.
