Yes – something has gone wrong there. The membership plugin we use seems to be OK most of the time but when it screws up an account it really does a number on it!
Let me investigate and we will get the data manually corrected. Might take a few hours before I can do that. If you need support ask away here. We can move the thread later.

How are you trying to upload it? Through the WP Admin? FTP?
Folders not only have permissions like the 7855 your is set to but they also have (on linux servers) what are known as a UID and GUID. These are user and group ownership. If one of these is not set correctly then you will also received a permission denied message. To be honest – probably the best way to get that checked is to contact your host and ask to take a look and reset if needed. the ‘wp-content’ folder and all it’s children need to be accessible for read and write from the website code.
have corrected the membership issue as well… expiration set for Jan 8, 2017 per the platinum purchase.. not sure what happened but sorry for the issue…
