Displaying image attachments as thumbnails instead of an icon

Hi, I have looked at the options in the file upload plugin to see if there is an option for this but I can’t find one. Is it possible to display attachments at the bottom of a post as thumbnails rather than an icon? Is there any way to achieve this simply?

Well images do tend to display inline at the point where they were posted in the post but I am not sure quite what you mean by ‘icon’? We do not substitute image thumbnails for icons? Can you explain some more?

Hi Thanks.

The problem we are having is that the forum is displaying images inside the posts with the text wrapping around them, and not inline e.g.

text

pictures

text

pictures

The code that the tinymce editor creates looks fine viewed in a normal browser window and text does not wrap around the images. See this demo post – http://www.hairtransplantassistance.com/forum/general-discussions/5th-test/#p36

We thought the only way to get around this wrapping issue might be to upload the files as attachments then delete them from the posts however the attachments are shown as a picture icon not a thumbnail of the actual image so that wont work for us either.

Any advice appreciated. Apart from this issue were loving using this plugin for the first time.

Ih you want to force a paragraph break after each inage then I would suggest using the ‘Force paragraph after an image to start new line’ option in the global content settings.
