forum adding text on header

i am trying to add the text "return to class" in below picture to another forum ..

i get an error message on the heeling forum that the forum is not available ..

the text i am using --

Click here to <a href="http://classes.dogwooddogtrain.....classroom/">Return to CLASSROOM</a>

is the same i have on forum "run with big dogs" pictured above

Click here to <a href="http://classes.dogwooddogtrain.....g-dogs-cr/">Return to CLASSROOM</a>

i am using the edit forum page "special message to be displayed"

not sure why this works on one fourm page and not another???

Tell me about the 'error' please. Does this specify an error? Is it just a message? What exactly does it state?
