How to remove the members button on Forum top?

Hey Peter,

You can restrict access to the members list through permissions, see Forum > Permissions > Manage Permission Sets > Whatever permission set your members use that you wish to restrict.
 
See the top middle column ‘Viewing’ and the permission ‘Can view the members lists’.
 
When checked this will make the list available to any user group using the permission set, but not guests or groups with a permission set where it’s not enabled.

One Q..Ike,

Is it only me that can watch the members button? But I cant find where the adminstrator can un-do it..

No problem. Yes as an admin you will still be able to see the button. If you were to log in with another account in a user group with the permission disabled you wouldn’t be able to see the button or access the list.
