Is there a way to automatically add newly-sign up member’s name & e-mail to Getresponse campaign?

That’s not really a question for us or SP. User registration is strictly a WordPress affair – is is the WP site that a user registers for and logs in to. So if there is a WP plugin for this ‘Getresponse’ )and I do not know what that is!) then it should work regardless of SP.
