Just one topic? Do you mean the actual posts? Surely that is best done simply by loading the regular topic view page – isn’t it?

Before we look at page options I think what you want is what is already displayed to your members but is not displayed to the forum admins by default. In fact – if you load the main forum page of this site then you should see a list of new topics below the main forum listing… is this the sort of thing you mean? If so – then your members already get this on your forum.

Yes exactly, but I want it on a separate page without the rest.

For the second part I think I need help.

I want a page with the last 10 posts. Generally the last 10 posts, not specific for a user.

And if it will be possible to read back more then 40 last post, like it is in the blog, it will be great.
