Able to upload images to a post?

Hi there,
Is there a way to upload an image from your computer to a post in Simple:Press? Rather than needing to host the image somewhere and including the whole URL?

yes, install our file uploader plugin for simple press... then users can optionally upload images, media and files to your server in a forum post....

Does it add the files to the main WordPress Media Library or to their own "special" Directory
