Add rich text editor to forum entry

Hello,
I would like to use a rich text editor like the one used in this forum. Is there a setting or plugin to make this happen.
Currently in user "Profile Option" settings there is only an option to set plain text.
I found nothing in the WP Forum backend for this setting. Unless I messed something.

we have three other editors available via plugins... bbcode, html and tinycme (wysiwg)... take a look at our store...
