I'm pretty sure this is something that just started with V5.
When I click on the forum, it changes the name of all my pages on the top menu bar to NameofpageForum.
http://www.darangen.com is where you can see it doing that.
It only happens on the forum pages.

well,we dont generate the wp menus, wp does... and it looks like a long standing issue... can you go to forum - integration - page and permalink and make sure filter wp list pages is enabled...

Filter WP list page is enabled.
I tried switching themes to see if the problem carried over, but with the default twenty eleven theme the problem didn't occur. Any ideas as to why a certain theme would have that error?

different themes may output the menu differently...
go to forum - options - global display options and try removing the page title completely...
