When upgrading from 4.4.5 to 5.0, I seem to have lost the admin bar that was enabled within my admin/moderator options.  I went back to the same location to re-enable it (Admins>Your Admin Options>Your Admin/Moderator Options), and can’t find the admin bar setting to enable.  I only have two options under that heading (Receive email notification on new topic post and Custom offline statues message).  Also, under the Global Admin Options, I no longer have an option to enable the admins queue as a required prerequisite in previous versions to in turn enable the admin bar.  Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to get the admin bar enabled in 5.0 (if possible)?
