Maybe I’ve overlooked a setting (probable), but I had added an additional Admin to the forum and he does not have the admin buttons at the top of the forum and I can’t find any place to enable them.
BTW, trying to upload a screenshot to illustrate exactly what I’m talking about and I keep receiving the following error:
Error 999 – Unknown server error (check image size – may be exhausting memory)
The image is only 27k, an approved file type, and 700px or less in both directions.
Each and every admin has their own options page at forum – admins – your admin options… they individually set the admin bar on or off on their admin options panel…
I will take a look at the image uploading… we recently made some js changes to that plugin and may have messed something up…

The uploader changes. Are they general changes that will result in a plugin update, or where they specific to your site?
depends… only affects the plugin if running from svn or nightly updates… there will be another uploader update before RC though as we have minimized js where we can and run through w3c validation and cleaned up some php notices… no functional changes…
