Admin Options – Need all admins to be notified when a new member posts.

I am the only admin that is getting any sort of notification (email and within forums) when a member posts. In the Admin Options, I have both checked:

 
What setting am I missing to allow all 5 of us admins/moderators to get notifications?

As it says on the panel in question and in the pop up help – these settings are yours and yours only. They are individually set. Each admin needs to go to those settings and set their own options.
