other forums have pre-defined positions, where to add ads like e.g. adsense code. 

Is there sometinhg like this for simlpe:press? E.g. placing ads between posts or at the bottom?

If no, how to proceed here? Shall I manually ad the ads code into the template files of the theme? And is there any introduction how to do this?
