Client wants to archive their entire forum in a format that can have in a doc for archival purposes. What would be the best way to do this?

We do not have any tools that would come near to catering for such an end result but the first idea that comes to mind would be a set of nested SQL queries. They would be hard to construct I would imagine but might get close.
