I attached a pdf file to a post. It is visible to me but is not visible to other users. How do I make it visible to them?

You need to update your permissions set for “Standard Access” or the permission set that match your setup. Then check the box “Can download other file type attachments” in the “Viewing” section, it’s the last checkbox in the screen shot below. Then the users with that permission set can download your attachments.

Thank you for your quick response. I now have a better understanding of the permission system. I made the change you recommended and my users can now access attachments.
