Hey Roberto,

To backup the forum specifically you want to select all tables which begin sf.  For example:

wp_sfauths, wp_sfbuddies, wp_sfcache etc.. Although your prefix might differ from ‘wp’.

Depending on what you’re doing though, you need to remember that all users being WP users, are stored in the wp_usermeta table. Without this table, posts will no longer be linked to anybody, and could cause more problems..
