This is after the upgrade to 5.7.3 build 14754. first the main admin could no longer click on any of the sub menus. i was able to login with another admin and the sub menus worked.
I removed the original admin from the administrators intending to put it back but now under Add new Admins menu, I see the user when it is selected i cannot click on “Move to Selected List” also the Paging Controls do not work. Any idea what this could be?
yes, unfortunately, as reported in our forums, there is an issue with managing admins…
please see this post for a patch to fix… sorry for the issue… will be corrected in the next release…
That did the trick, Though I did notice that in Chrome i was unable to click on the submenus. after removing the account and re-adding the account as an admin i was once again able to click on the sub menus.
