Can't add Admins

When choosing the Your Admin Options, choosing an admin to add, filtering and adding to list, then choosing "Add New Admins", nothing happens.

Have you looked in your browser console to see if there are any Javascript errors being thrown?

I got it to work now. Maybe my internet was down just when I was pressing Add New Admin.
