When I Click Add Topic Button don’t Show spEditor.

That can’t add any topic.

sounds like js conflict… see:  http://codex.simple-press.com/codex/faq/troubleshooting/what-is-this-jquery-conflict/

if you give us a link, we can look for obvious issues/conflicts…
