Hi guys
As an Admin, I am unable to Edit my post after I have submitted the reply to a member's question. I can click on the 'Edit' button but it doesn't allow me to do anything after that.
These are the Editing settings for Admins:

What am I missing?
Thanks, G
As a side note then - as a forum admin you do not need to define any permissions. Especially as Admins do not belong to any user groups. You have global authority built in.
OK - I need to know what is happening. When you click on the 'edit' button above the post details what happens next? The page should reload and then scroll down to an open editor with the post content in it ready to edit. So...
Does the page reload?
After it reloads what is the url in the browser address bar (the part AFTER the domain)?
Anything else?
And - is this a recent install of SP? Or is it an older install and this has only just started to happen?

Hey Mr Yellow Swordfish
Okay, so when my Admin goes to edit one of her own posts, she clicks the Edit Post button and the screen then refreshes. But it does NOT open an editor with the post content in it. It stays exactly the same, and the URL does not change.

And yes, it seems to have only just started... couple of weeks now.
on any post? or just larger ones? I think the post content might be passed via query arg (would have to check but on travel)... so might be some php settings... try a small post and see if still issue...
if just recently, what changed? any new plugins or security add ons at server level?

so to exact, you are saying using a different SP theme, editing always worked... but when you switched to Reboot, every edit failed?? if that really is true, I would question the integrity of the theme you uploaded and you might try reuploading it... first, a simple test would be to switch SP themes and it should start working again...
How about the question about security plugins or server side security apps (ie Sucurri)?? they could be blocking the query args passed as part of editing...
