Hi,
I updated wordpress as well as all of my simple press plugins and themes today and ever since then I can’t seem to post in the forum. If I create a topic or click reply it opens up as if I should be able to post a reply but the body field is just sort of dead. I can’t get my cursor to engage with the field and no characters appear when I try and type. I noticed the same thing here for a few seconds, but then the rich text editor options appeared. They never do in my forum.
It’s a private forum in my paid members area so I can’t post a link. But I can email access if needed.
I have tried shutting down all plugins and even switching the theme. I also reinstalled wordpress and triple checked for plugin updates. No luck.
What could be wrong here and how can I fix it? All was working until I updated. But I updated everything at the same time so I have no idea what caused the problem.
