Currently - using the UI - only when the post is first made. After that you could change it directly in the database table...

It is not something that I think has ever been asked for but we certainly could consider making this an option also when editing an existing post...

It’s probably just me but how do you change the date when you make the post?

And I do hope you can make that a function.

Below the editor window should be a section with options - like lock the topic, pin the topic or whatever is relevant. You should have 'edit post timestamp' in that list...
