Perfect! All set up.

There is only one small thing that is not working, please have a look here: http://www.irsa-stringers.com/membership/

When I click on the PayPal button, nothing happens…cry

Nope, it’s not working…

It is definitely a problem with permissions. As a guest, I can only see ONE group of forums (I should be able to see them all) but when I click on a title it allows me to read the content of the topic.

Also, I did what explained in THIS TOPIC, but it doesn’t work.

I am honestly thinking of give up, it’s too difficult for my very little understanding of these things…

well obviously we have nothing to do with permissions on a paypal button on non forum page…

how did you put the button there?  its a simple button, but not linked to anything or not a form that can be submitted??

Steve, I am really struggling with Wishlist Member.

The problem is definitely there. I created the buttons in PayPal (2 different ones) for testing.

With one, when I click it, it does nothing.

With the second one, when I click it it takes me to the homepage of PayPal. So I cannot pay for any membership.

I need to dig into it deeply and see if I can find the solution.

Sorry Stefano – i’m not much good with anything WishList related either! But Paypal should be pretty easy. The PayPal website should give you all the code you need to embed a PayPal button and form into a WP post or page. Usually it is just a matter of copying and pasting,

A great piece of news!

Now the PayPal button works! I forgot to insert a code and that’s the reason why it wasn’t working.

I took a HUGE step forward!

Now, little by little, I’ll get there laugh

thinking about doing this as well, only thing that concerns me with wishlist is the 200 dollars a year for support, anyone have a suggestion for a more inexpensive option?

is this a personal plugin or something that will be available for members for integration with sp?

well, its clearly a personal plugin… does a whole lot more than what anyone else would need based on some future plans we are  trying to set up here…

but would be happy to share any pieces that you might need – just not the whole thing…
