Hi,

My Questions:

1. How do I modify the left notebook looking images to my own ?

2. Is there a place to configure forum font size, color, background,… ?

I am asking as I’d like to keep the responsiveness of the theme, and avoid adding css that might break it on

mobile.

3. I liked the look and feel of: http://www.byobwebsite.com/forum

Where there’s a summary of posts, latest post, number of posts all in a table with titles.

Is there an easy way to have a similar look and feel ?

Within the Forums admin section there is the option to upload custom icons. These can then be applied to forums using Edit Forum (or Edit Group for forum groups). You can have custom icons for groups, forums and topics within forums including icons to show that new unread posts are available.
The theme you are using there – Unified – uses overlay files. You will find them in the forum theme folder /styles/overlays and they can be edited from the theme editor in the forum admin. Take a quick look through the overlay file you are currently using and you will see how you can change colours, font sizes etc. We would recommend however that you create your own overlay by copying the ione you are using and giving it a nee name. That is quite an old V4 version of Simple:Press. The answer is yes – it is possible but would need quite a juggling of the templates. But can be done. Using the Default SP theme on the desktop side is a little more like that.
