The plugin updated all of the files without issue, but when the database is to be upgrade I end up with the following error

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

I am the admin that installed SP and all of my capabilities appear to be correct

SPF Manage Options, SPF Manage Forums, SPF Manage User Groups, SPF Manage Permissions, SPF Manage Components, SPF Manage Users, SPF Manage Profiles, SPF Manage Admins, SPF Manage Toolbox, SPF Manage Plugins, SPF Manage Themes, SPF Manage Integration, SPF Manage Warnings

I have disabled every plugin except for SP and I have changed to the TwentyFifteen theme but still have the same issue
