Default timezone for new members

Is there anyway to set a default timezone for new members?

Afraid not. Currently- they will be given the same timezone of the website itself - which will be yours as the site owner if you have set it up in WordPress.
Worth noting that we do have a small plugin available that adds the timezone selection list to the WP registration form.
