Wondering if it is possible to enable Disqus (http://disqus.com) in SPF 5, a great commenting plugin in WordPress. I have forum-linked posts, and when user makes comments in my WP posts, they don’t appear in the forum.
Will appreciate if you can look into it.

The most likely explanation is that the Disqus Wp plugin is not calling the WordPress api hooks that the forum (and all other plugins) need so SP is never informed about the new comment. This is something you really need to take up with the plugin author.
