Is there a way to go into user accounts and setup or edit their forum “Signature?”

as admin, you can edit any user profile… on their profile, near the top, you will see an edit link…

When we edit signatures, upon clicking the “Update Signature” button, we get a white screen with only syntax on top:

{“type”:”success”,”message”:”Signature updated”}

That is it, the rest of the page is blank. The update should return us to the edited “profile” screen?

Something like this usually denotes a JavaScript crash of some sort but let’s have some information before we look for that.

So which version of WordPress and Simple:Press is this?

Which editor are you using for signatures and does the same thing happen using a different editor?

Does the updater actually get applied or does it get lost?

Are you not the recent user with TinyMCE problems and if so – are they now resolved?

TinyMCE 3.1 apparently fixed the problem. Works fine now. Thanks!
