Every admin is receiving an email notification for each new topic and each post.

Questions.

— I am only interested in admins receiving email notification for new topics. Is that possible?

— Can I select which admins receive notifications?

On the first point I am afraid it is all or none – notifications are at post level not topic level.

On the second point your admins can set this themselves (and need to) by visiting the forum admin > Admins > Your Admin options – where they can turn notifications off..
