Error uploading custom icons

Hi – I’m a new Simple Press user, and just installed everything yesterday.  Today I’m trying to create and upload some custom icons, but I’m getting an error every time.  I’m using a png file that is 32 x 32, and I’ve also tried a jpg file, but neither one works.  This is the icon I’m using.

Any help would be much appreciated!

We will need to know what the error is? What do you see? Any messages?

Screen-Shot-2014-03-26-at-8.00.15-AM.pngHi – Thanks for replying so quickly.  It turns out that even though I’m seeing the attached error message when uploading, the file is actually being uploaded.  After I refreshed the screen to take a screen shot for you, I could see all the files I’d tried to upload – so they are there after all.  Weird!

That, I believe, is your web server returning no code – success or failure. Might be worth asking your host if there may be any upload issues or settings that might be wrong.
