Whenever I go to create a group I lose all the titles and descriptions I entered if I forget to add a permission set.
So...It should have a warning or have some defaults inherited from other Groups, but not lose all work and then tell me what I did wrong. 😉

inheriting form another group is problematic... which one? they all could be different...
since its all done with ajax, not sure we can populate from the previous attempt, but can look into...

I see. It's just a bummer to lose all that you've wrote from a usability standpoint.
I know some other forums let you choose from a drop down to inherit permission from other groups/forums you've already created.

something we can consider... or it could be added as a plugin... but not currently there...
