Forum display broken prior to login, once login has been done all is ok

This problem exists prior login, once I login this misalignment is gone. Everything becomes ok.

I am seeing you are using jQuery UI sourced from Google. That can cause some problems like you have.

You can also try switching to a WordPress supplied theme and see if the problem goes away. That will help to determine if a WP theme issue or a WP plugin issue.
