link wont load for me... can you explain? something must have changed? wp core, wp theme, wp plugin updates or sp updates?
trying to guess from topic title, but what do you have for options on forum - integration - page and permalink?

Well there has to be a cause. How about what Steve said in post #2?
Plus what are your settings regarding the nav menu? Are you removing the title in Forum > General Display Settings > Forum Page Title?

re#2 it's set to the Forums page (see attached SC...) and your query Ike (you meant Forum/Options/General Display right?) it all looks good, never touched anything....it did get set up within the Appearance/Menus/
Edit menus initially. Set it, forgot it, all was fine....now this, which seems intermittent....

I was really asking about the pane 'Forum Page Title' within General display settings, which has the option to remove the page title.
In the past when some people have done this, they have lost the 'Forum' title from their nav menu. Sometimes changing the status of 'Filter WP List Pages' from Page and Permalink has helped, sometimes not. Because the nav menu is down to the WP theme or nav menu plugin it's always a bit hard to say for definite what will work, but creating a plain link in the nav menu to the forum page should always work.
But I'm not sure why this would come and go, it suggests to me that something is being activated / deactivated or has been updated, possibly theme or nav menu plugin..
