That’s right, you have to add your own badges. At the bottom of that page (Components > Forum Ranks) you should see the panel ‘Components – Forum Rank Badges’. Upload here and you will be able to select them from the menu at the top or from the special rank option below.

If you’re looking online for free badges try and find .png format with transparent backgorund / alpha if you are going for an irregular shape like ours. We can also create custom rank badges for you as part of our Custom Theme service.
