Forum Stops Loading on certain topics

One I noticed was a topic that had a youtube video embedded in it before the update to 5.0. I deleted that topic. But here is another one that only loads part way. I more I browse around the forum the more I find topics that won’t fully load too. It stops right after the topic title.

looks like some sort of php error stopping the script… check forum – toolbox – error log…

if anything there, would suggest emptying it and then visiting a page that has an issue… and go back to the error log to see if any info…

I cleared the error logs and visited the thread again, it didn’t fully load. So I checked the error log and it’s empty still.

can you check your server error logs too?  we only trap errors during sp procsesing there…  something seems to be interrupting the page rendering…

There was a error log but was pretty big, to big to look threw, so I deleted it. Then visited the broken topic a few times, no error logs generated yet.

 

But I check the logs from Simple:Press again a day later after clearing them and this is what i have.

interesting on the WPLANG… will look into it but it will not cause an issue…  just a notice…  and probably because you are not translating your forum but will check…

the other two are more troubling and say your mysql server was having problems… and was not functioning… but it probably rebooted and fixed itself…  again, probably not related since it was much later…

It’s not all topics, but the more I look around the more I find topics that don’t load fully. I tried what the wiki doc said and still no dice. This is what I tried in the wp-config file:

do you know how to check, optimise and optionally repair your database? All available from phpMyAdmin? Because that is what I would be doing.

Error 1 can be caused by a lack of disk space available to mySQL or possibly a full tmp folder.

I optimized the database and repaired all the sf database tables. Still notta. I’ll look into the tmp folder.

Well if the sql engine problem has not continued then I think you have to go back to look at the php error logs on the server.

One other thing that may be worth looking into. Can you discover if there is any consistent factor about where topics stop displaying. I.e., is the next or previous post posted by the same user? Anything else that might be a common factor?

They all stop loading in the same place, some more examples below. These example topics are within this section. Doesn’t matter if your logged in or out. Seems like most are broken, with very few actually loading.
