I don’t really understand what you mean by ‘run backwards’ either to be honest.
By default, as installed, the forum displays a topic thread in the order in which posts are made. This is, in our experience, the most common behaviour for a forum topic. So – the first post in the first page is the initial topic starter post. The last post on the last page the most recent reply.
As the forum admin you can change this default behaviour in the Options > General Display Settings admin panel.
Additionally you can change a single forum or topic independently by using the forum tools.
Finally, a user can change them just for their wn view of your forums within their Simple:Press propfile record.
So that seems to cover just about all options. So what is it you get and see that we don’t?
