When configuring permission sets (WP-admin>Forum>Permissions>Permission sets) there is a group of settings under the sub-title ‘Tools’

It’s unclear as to whether these tools apply to a user-specific thread/post or globally for a user-group.

For example, IF ‘Can lock topics in a forum’ is enabled, does this allow ALL users within that user-group to lock any topic, regardless of who started the thread? Or can a user only lock a thread that they started?
