Hey Dobrodukh,

When you say ‘the rank which receives new user’, are you talking about automatic user groups? If so, take a look at Forum > Components > Forum Ranks, then see the top box ‘Standard Forum Ranks’ which has the option of ‘Automatic User Group Membership’. There’s a useful help button on the top right of every pane which will explain the usage.

Also, when editing or creating a usergroup in Forum > Usergroups > Manage Usergroups, you have the option to assign a rank badge to each usergroup.
