How do I remove sample data?

How do I remove sample data?  Was hoping there was a quick way to remove it, 1 click button?

I like SimplePress so far.

I can not look at the moment but if I recall correctly there is an option to remove it (probably button) at the top of the manage groups and forums admin page...
